Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Raids Timer (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Raids Timer iOS app and related services at savemypet-backend.onrender.com. Raids Timer is a fan rally-coordination tool. It is not affiliated with Kingshot, Century Games, or any other game publisher.

Optional Chat subscription. Timer, rallies, Map, Calcs, and related tools are free. Chat is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription billed by Apple. Payment details stay with Apple; we do not receive your full payment-card number.

1. Information we collect

Profile you enter: in-game name, Player ID, server, alliance tag, language, and optional photo for Chat.
App data: rally timers, order codes, map pins, calculator presets, and settings stored on device and, if you use online features, on our servers.
Chat content: messages, screenshots you send, and room membership if you subscribe to Chat.
Device / push: device tokens so we can send optional alerts (for example rally or Chat notifications).
Purchase status: Apple / App Store subscription state for product ID Raids_timer_chat_monthly so we can unlock Chat. Apple processes the payment.
Technical logs: approximate region, app version, and error logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use information

Provide timers, alliance coordination, Chat rooms, and restore Chat on a new device with the same Apple ID.
Translate Chat messages when you use auto-translate.
Send push notifications you enable.
Prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.
Comply with law and App Store rules.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

With other players in rooms or features you use (Chat messages, shared pins, alliance identity).
With Apple for In-App Purchase and subscription status.
With infrastructure providers that host this backend (currently Render).
If required by law or to protect users and the service.

4. Storage and security

Data may be stored on your device and on our servers (HTTPS). No method of transmission is 100% secure. You can delete Chat content you posted where the app allows, and you can delete the app to remove local data. To request deletion of server-side account data, email us.

5. Children’s privacy

Raids Timer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Your choices

Skip Chat entirely — rallies and timers stay free.
Turn off notifications in iOS Settings.
Manage or cancel Chat in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Request access or deletion of server data at the email below.

7. International users

Servers may be in the United States. If you use the app from another country, you consent to transfer of your information to those locations as needed to provide the service.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
