Raids Timer

These Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) govern your use of Raids Timer on iOS and related online services. By downloading, opening, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Raids Timer is a fan-made rally-coordination tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kingshot, Century Games, or any other game publisher. Timers and alerts are informational only. Gameplay, marches, and outcomes remain your responsibility in the actual game client.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Raids Timer on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, rent, or resell the app except as permitted by law.
Timer, Ready board, Orders tools, Map search/save, calculators, and tab helpers are free. Chat (rooms, order-code posts, auto-translate, pin share, and related paid Chat features) requires an optional subscription.
Raids_timer_chat_monthlyPayment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions after purchase. Unused portions of a free trial, if any, are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Apple — not Raids Timer — bills and refunds In-App Purchases according to Apple’s policies.
Apple sets and displays storefront prices. The US price is $1.00 USD per month. In other storefronts you pay Apple’s equivalent for this product (shown in-app and at the App Store checkout). Examples of how Apple may localize the same product:

Taxes may apply as shown by Apple. If Apple changes a storefront price, the paywall and checkout will show the new amount.
We may suspend Chat or accounts that abuse the service.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We are not liable for missed rallies, game losses, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Chat in the three months before the claim (often $0 if you only use free features; Chat fees are paid to Apple).
You may stop using the app at any time and cancel Chat in Apple Subscriptions. We may stop offering the service. Standard Apple licensed application EULA terms also apply: Apple Licensed Application EULA.
